12/12 from seed

i think the plant will veg for 1-2 weeks anyway even if you run 12/12 from seed just because the plant needs time to mature....i think =P

12/12 from seed is a waste. Just cause your on 12/12 light doesn't mean the plant is mature enough to flower. It can take 4-6 weeks from seed for a plant to become mature enough to flower. So your loosing growth by having it on a 12/12 light cycle from seed. You'll end up with a larger plant doing 18/6 or 24/0 for the first month then go 12/12. I have done 12/12 from seed. It took almost 6 weeks of 12/12 before it started to flowered. I'll never do it again, but the plant did have a decent harvest. I feel it would have been alot better if I did 18/6 from seed then switched to 12/12 after that first month.

So if I do 12/12 from seed am I going to be able to harvest in 2 months? That's about how long the flower stage takes.

no it will still take about 3 months depending on strain.it will take 4 weeks to show sex apprx. then 8 to flower apprx.you have to really ask yourself , why would i do 12/12 from seed . the only answers are ... its an experiment , i don't have a sepearte veg room , i am impatient ,and lastly size. for me it is a combo of the 4 . i just started a week ago 12/12. here ya go

if you want a quick harvest buy an autoflowering hybrid, they finish in about 8 weeks and u run 20/4 light the whole time

so if I did veg them for 1 month. Wouldn't the plants only need to be on 12/12 for about 2months?

I was gonna try this, but decided not to. I still might try it next grow though.

ok guys this is all i have to say i started with one plant did the hole 24 h light deal, for about a month, i girminated another seed and wen it sprouted i switched the lights to 12/12 on both plants, and i have been flowering for 59days now and yes the plant that i veggded is a little biggerr but the other plant is right ther with it and they are both bag seed just not from the same batch u can tell but the one that i started with 12/12 looks way more dank. and also im doing this with 4 23w cfls, moral of my story is if u havint tryed it you should everyone should,
