11 hrs light for flowering?

What does everyone think about using 11 hrs light/ 13 dark for flowering?

I was using 12/12 for two weeks and got nothing. But switched it to 11/13 and now they're exploding. I'm also trying to speed up the process too.

im using 12/12 for flowering it been 2 weeks and 3 days 3 of my plants allready show sex 2 males grrr 1 female yay but 2 of them nothing wats going on????help me plz....isit maybe because im not using bloom ?just water ph 5.5 to 6.0 and floranova?

The only way you could tell if it changes anything is to do a real experiment, not just changing the lights and being surprised when they continue to grow.
