11 days old, help (pics)

I noticed a small brown spot developing on my seedling's leaf. What could this be from? Also, the leaves have started to droop a bit. My other seedlings are not showing these problems. Any reason this could happen?

I have it under a 400w MH ~21 in. away, temp is 75-82. Soil is dry on top but still dark and slightly damp w/ the finger test. No nutes. Fox farm oceanforest.

i dont think that little spot is a big deal. also you shouldn't let them dry out at that stage. correct me if i;m wrong.

yeah.. i agree with big sky bud.. that little spot doesnt look like much to me....it looks pretty healthy... also, if they are in small pots, i wouldn't let them get too dry like bsb said... it doesn't take long for fragile new roots to dry out and kill the lil seedling..
