11 Day Seedling's - All Good?

Just checking that everythings going well.

Both seedlings are 11 days from sprouting, just wanted to check they're both doing well, Pics Below

Wow, only 11 days? Im at day 3.5 so now i've got something to compare to when I hit day 11 but looks good, nice colours and leaves!

Good point bkbbudz mine were almost root bound by then.

Let the soil dry out a bit before transplant, much easier on you and the roots.
Looks good, man.

Nice: ..but I'd still perhaps wrap kitchen foil around the 'pot' to stop light

and budget 2 pints of soil per week, to prevent any chance of rootbound-ness

you don't need a pinched plant right now /imo
