Is this possible...have I been away from the grow scene for 3 years too long? Please see the link and tell me if this would be good to use as a light for a mother and clone micro cab. Seems waaayyyy to small...or something..i dunno...doesnt seem right. Can this light be used for vegging? >>>

OK for vegging 2-3 plants but thats it, being way you will never forget the moment your first turned your HPS on...? few growers will ever forget that moment ....lol

thats incredible!! ya, you need a ballast or driver or whatever...but the fact that it's 57 x 40 x 2 mm is impressive!! but eating 100w, not so much. and yes, the hummm of an HPS can put me to sleep. lol.

thanks for the fast reply! I'm looking for something super small that i can use veg a bonsai mother and have a micro dome for 5 cuttings to root. a cfl is kinda bulky and pretty hot. not sure where I go from here.

You will need a hefty heatsink to cool that 100w...you could actually get away with a 50w version of those to veg a bonsai mother and cuttings to the side of it...
