Would using a 100w hps light be good for growing just one plant. It is a auto flower strain and is feminized.

It should work I used 150 watt hps on my first grow with one plant and it turned out fine. Just look into scrog or lst.

About 9 thousand lumens yea your good to grow.
I would grow 3 auto flowers with the 100w hps bulb hung in the middle of the plants and a small
fan blowing up towards the bulb. You could get some huge buds off small lights just keep the light
sealed up in a small srea basically dont let any escape
