My busness that makes the majority of the $$ is a plumbing contractor

I also work as a waste water treatment plant operator - Not a bad job if your the type of person that enjoys sleeping at work

I have earned between 88K-107K before tax on my investments over the past 3 years; however, I cannot take all of the credit. I inherited a portfolio from a deceased relative. It was earning poorly, and the investments were in high-load mutual funds that only earned 4.5-6%/annually. I've pulled 17%, 19%, and 13% respectfully.

Here's the kicker: I'm a college graduate (finance, duh) without experience, so I still have my 'college job' where I barely pull 34K/annually. I don't live high off the hog though.

$100k?!

Yup, it might look a big number, and i wouldn't complain about an income like that, but £60K a year is hardly impressive these days. My eldest brother is earning more than that 3 years out of uni.
