side #1 has been stationary from 24" - 36" from the light and I'm about to hook up some cfls over them since I cant run another hps due to shitty wiring I dont want to risk it. we have 10 - 15amp breakers throughout the whole house (even in the kitchen) so I dont want to over due it.

I have stepped up the watering to 5 gallons a day total, these girls get thirsty!
the temps have been higher @ 75-78f and the humidity has been stable @ 45%

Cant seem to get my humidity down below 50%, currently I have a 6 inch 120cfm fan on the exhaust and a 12000btu portable AC that I run about 16hrs a day. Relative humidity has been fluxuating between 30- 80% the past 3 days so managing it has been a constant hassle. Does anyone know how I can lower the humidity and if so what levels are optimum for the flower phase?
Spicy,

Nice grow & to remove more humidity get a bigger exhaust fan to pull more air through your cabinet & it will suck the bad air right out

I am also growing a cut of Jilly Bean I got from a club & it smells like candy & I can smell the space queen cherry in there also

She is one of my best looking plants, 3 weeks into flowering I think

Enjoy

No not yet, but they do have some black edges due to temps @ nite getting into the 50's. I dont expect too much fade until later in flowering

dont think I can get my temps down that low, I think the coldest it's gotten is 62 and it's only getting warmer. Last Summer it hit 100 inside with the ac on. But this year I have one just for the grow room so temps shouldn't be an issue.
Been in East County San Diego for 2 years after living my entire life on the coast pretty much.
I miss the ocean!
the rents are cheaper here but not if I run up a $200 power bill from the air conditioning haha.
which brings me to another topic
has anyone ever moved a grow?
I'm thinking of using a refrigerator box/ boxes and just do it during the dark period.
any suggestions? it may be after I harvest this batch but I will still at least have 6-8 in veg when I move.

I picked up two new fans and a carbon filter today and plan to hook them up in the morning I think I'm going to run a Y to the exhaust on the ac so I can move the hot air from the light directly out.
other than that nothing too special happening ; I did the BIC lighter comparison on one of the bigger buds and the buds are heavy, I've begun tying them to the bamboo cause the stems are too skinny one actually split a few days ago but it's alright an has a little node popping out of the split.

I decided to try and carefully move scrog side #1 today since they are getting neglected (light is about 24-32" from tops) and they aren't growing nearly as well but they are lush and green, just not a whole lot of bud. I would love to hook another hps up but our crap wiring cant handle it (I tried) but I made room right about the same distance as side #2 so.... major renovations today I hope and I will try and have pics up soon!

The Power bill came today and it was actually only about half of what I expected, $173 total after running all of our normal appliances (fridge, chest freezer, tvs, computers etc .....plus all of my aquarium/ terrarium bs. ) and last month's bill was about $95.
I run a 12500 btu ac about 12 hrs a day plus my 1000watt hps, two squirrel cage fans, a heavy duty Patton fan that's about 16" I think, 1 t8 fixture 4 23watt cfls, a 52 watt led panel.

Today I hooked up a filter I got yesterday and now all the smell is gone for sure plus we got a bunch of lavender to plant just below the window of the room it's in plus the can of ona gel.......I hope the smell thing is covered.
any more reccomendations for odor control are welcome

and.....................................................
some good tunes

Wow electric must be cheap there. Mine increased from $150 to $260 running 600watt HPS 12/12 and 250watt MH 24/0

The 600 is digital ballast and MH is a magnetic.

Electric was just raised here too it's about $0.10 a KWH

day 29 pics

the buds are getting really heavy now an bending the branches , I bought some more garden ties and some bamboo and will try to figure out a way to support them but I dont know if it will work, I ended up with way more branches than I expected I might end up going with a tomato trellis has anyone tried them before? I think I recall seeing one in a pic somewhere on here.

Day 31
the ladies are looking good for the most part, I had one plant get a bit of burn so I flushed with about 1.5gallons of water and tested the first run off and it was about 4.5 so I flushed again the next day with only about a quart and the run off is closer to 6 now but not quite right so I'll keep watering with tap for another day or two and then start with the nutes again (diluted to 1/4).
PICS!

Thanks, they are getting bulky now, I have no Idea exactly how much I'm going to have in the end other than by comparison to what I get from the dispensary how much will these shrink and figuring I have 3-4 more weeks before harvest how much more will they grow? haha, I guess I'll find out soon.
I'll have more pics up tonight some with the lights off so it doesn't mess with the color.
