You have the proper input voltage selected? The bulbs would be the first thing to check. Then ohm the transformer. If that passes then it's usually the ignitor.

these are multi volt and can be changed right ? i will look into that, i dont know where to look
Well I have no information to go by, no pics, no model numbers even. Usually it's by where you plug the power into the ballast but if it's a multitap transformer then it can be rewired internally.

pretty sure i found the problem, i didnt check the voltage and assume it was on 120v, is there only 1 cable to switch . Thanks guys , i realize im a dummy
I take out the tan wire with the black cap and put the 120v orange wire instead?

thanks again , i will have a lot of question coming :)

take out tan 240 put in orange 120. if ya fuck it all up don't blame me. or don't try to melt your wall sockets and get a light controller for 240. 120 is basically trash for that light. you will slowly but surely fuck up your lines in your wall running on 120. but many have done it.

yeah it did happen to me one time, so i replace all the wall socket, and guess what, they look like 10years old now , not even a year. I will update all those light soon. i have melted cheap timers too , so no more if i dont have a good one.

Really appreciate , have a good day

I wouldn't of said nothing if I hadn't done it before! Problems went away with a light controller on 240 with a dryer cord.

There is a wire coming from your plug, it's likely black and it's going to a wire marked 240, change it to the wire marked 120 and cap off the wire marked 240. Done.

yeah i found it, almost changed the wrong wire, feels good to see my ''friends'' didnt bring me junk knowing it was junk, i still feel like a retard

Thanks again
