1000bulbs.com?

hey guys, i just ordered a couple bulbs from 1000bulbs.com and everything seems fine but i havent gotten a confirmation e mail saying that my order was shipped. i ordered them first thing in the morning yesterday and i knwo today is a holliday and all. anyways was just wondering if anyone has ordered from these guys before and could tell me how many days it took them to ship your order.

I've seen BrickTop posting items from there before...and they have reviews on some of their bulbs from growers(incognito reviews not directly saying they are growing, but making references) So I assume they are a good place to buy from...

Also remember yesterday was Thanksgiving in the US...so they were probably not open

I got light before shipping is to high but you will get your lights

yeah i called them today, im used to same day shiping from most places i order from and since i ordered wed morning fig they would have it out by that night. turns out they didnt have my bulbs in stock and wouldnt have them in stock until 12/6/2011 so i just traded out for a different bulb. it was a couple ¢ more so they just sold em to me for same price as other bulbs. just wish they would have a out of stock on thier site or sent me a e mail saying that the bulbs were out of stock and wouldnt be able to ship for another week. instead they leave me waiting wondering if they will ship. personally i dont think its a good buisness practice but on the other hand they were pleasant to me on the phone and switched my order around without any problems and gave me a ETA for arival.

you know how it is when you order something, you want that tracking number so you can find out when its gonna get to your house so you can open that shit like a early x mas preasant LOL.

yeah shipping was almost 10 bucks that is a bit redicules but w/e i cant get 105w CFL anywhere around here so im kinda stuck buying them

Wow. Expecting items to ship same day is a little crazy. And most places in USA don't do much on thanksgiving, and not much more the week of thanksgiving.

same day maybe but now going on 5 days and still not shipped? probally wont ship till tomorow wich is a little absurd if you ask me. nedless to say i wont be ordering from them again. if they cant manage to ship me 2 light bulbs in a timely fasion and still want to charge 10$ for S&H.........say what you want but this is not good buisness. i dont really care if it was a holliday or not, this is a buisness and should ship same day or next day in my honest opinion, especially if its just 2 measly light bulbs, its not like i ordered 500 of them and they needed a little more time to process the order.

Idk if it's the company or if you ordered on a very bad day, nobody works thanksgiving weekend, they prob won't even be in til tomorrow

and the weekend that follows it.
