1000 Watt HPS for 2 plants?

Kinda silly but I have 2 seeds I just started both feminized photo-periods one white widow and the other dinachem. The plan is to cook em under cfls for 2 weeks then put them under the 400 Watt MH for upwards of 6 weeks while I both top and LST the hell out of them trying to get them as large as possible until my other plants are done in which then I will put the 2 plants (hopefully huge as hell) under the 1000 watt hps to flower out. they will be in 7 gal pots. im just thinking that it will be a waste of two months worth of 1000 watt HPS. has anyone done anything like this or is it a waste of light energy and time?

more light the better . I would veg them 3 feet tall. and one plant per thousand watts . having that plant toped so 4 major bud site. it should pull an easy 8 ounces and on up ! per plant. shit yea. lot of people use 1k per plant . or 2 or 4 plants per light. I would do 1 plant top it get it into a bush expect to veg for 3 months. pull 12 ounces easy also you could use that mh in the flower room to too add more light . higher quality bud

Sweet. its about what I figured but im just double guessin myself.. thanks for the input!
