1000 Watt DWC Drooping Clone with Roots

Alright this is my second grow and my first using dwc hydroponics. I gave dwc a shot before this, but some high winds screwed me over by knocking out our power for a couple of days. So once I had power again I threw out what I had going b/c there was no chance in recovery, and started out with new clones.

It took over 2 weeks to see roots on all of my clones using an aeroponic cloner that I built myself. Then one week after I tranferred 6 plants to my dwc setup.

My setup is 2 coleman coolers. Each hold about 8 gallons of water and there are 3 plants in each in hydroton. Each cooler has it's own GH Dual Diaphragm Air pump with 5 air stones. 3-6" cylindrical ones, and 2 6" blue stone bars. This is under 1000watts of mh light. I know it is a bit much but it is all i have. I have the light as high as it can go so it's gotta be at least 3-4' above the plants.

The plants have almost been in there a week and I am seeing roots in the water on all of them. So I dropped the water line to just about 1" below the net pots.

Now my problem is that one of my burmese kush looks sickly. It is not growing and is droopy even though there is a decent root system going into the dwc container. The other 2 plants in that system are looking nice. Here are all of my measurements.

Room Temp: 70-80F
Res Temp: 65F
PPM: 550 (Hannah) on top of 230 ppm water
PH:5.7-5.8
Nutes: Fox Farm Big Bloom and Grow Big

If you guys could help me out that would be great!!

~Peace

Alright. Today it looks a little bit worse but I am hoping it picks up soon. The roots keep growing so that is good. I just don't know why the top half of the plant is looking so bad. It is even more limp an the leaves aren't spreading out really nice like the other healthier plants. I don't really understand why this plant is having problems and the other two in the res are looking fantastic.
