does anyone use 100 percent hydroton in a flood and drain? using gh 3 part i was wondering with hydroton how often would it need to be flooded...thought about mixing in mini grow cubes to hold some moisture whats everyones thought on this? a 3 parts hydroton 1 part rockwool grow cubes?

Absolutely you can use Hydroton for the whole grow. They hold enough moisture so you wont need rockwool, just flood you table once every 4 hours, that will be fine.
