100% Female Seeds

Quick question. I have been experimenting with breeding plants and seeding. I recently planted some of my seeds and all of them were female.
10 out of 10. NOW the seeds I used were from an adult female which I stressed to seed by fucking with the lights. Will these seeds always be female??

Take that Hermie and pollinate a full on female for more stable feminized seeds. I believe the hermie can produce feminized seeds, but I believe they are not as stable and have more likely of a chance of producing a hermie rather than a female.

Female x Female = Female.

Hermie plants will produce only female seeds or hermafrodite seed's.
and many times both if yu done it wrong.
