My question is , How bad will 100 degree temperatures affect a plant in the final phase of flowering? Is it better to cut it down or let it bask in the heat??? I have no way of cooling it off now. Its getting hotter outside and my room is in an attic. The crop should have been done now but they arent quit where I want them to be. My trich's are cloudy. I wanted some ambers as well. So will it be okay in the temps or get worse?

Dayum TwentyFour that is hot! The temps rose pretty high here too, even had to put my a/c in the window this afternoon - jeez in April!

Anyway, since you have no way to cool them off and you want to get a little more flowering time out them - something that you can try is Silica Blast by Botanicare. The propaganda on the package says "... helps strengthen plant tissue helping plants flourish in adverse environmental conditions such as heat..."

Maybe you could give it a try if you only want to get like another week out of them. It was only $10.00 and just might help. But if your plants start looking really stressed, you gotta put them out of their misery... lol

Try putting buckets of ice or fill a tuperware container up with water and leave it in the freezer all night to make giant bricks of ice and keep them in there to cool it down a bit.
