First Time Growin

Hey RIU, my plant's on 100 Days in flowering today so i decided to inspect her closely and I have some concerns.
In the pictures I've presented to you (below) you can see that the leaves have turned golden (and are extremely crisp)
they are starting to even purple now after the goldening, and near the tips of some, there is some green spots appearing which i think is mold (camera sucks so you cant see it high quality).
The strain I have (G-Funk) is an 8 week strain, but since I don't got a giant collection of CFL's going yet, I'm having to flower it much longer, to let the buds ripen
Anyway I'm wondering are these golden crisp leaves just molding because they are dead/dieing ? is it a sign the bud with that leaf has fully ripened? anyone know? thx ^^

i just fed her today so maybe i should put her under 36-48 hours darkness to let her eat up some last food and produce resin??? any thoughts on this
