1 pack of silver bats(roof/wall insulation sheets) 100% reflective 100% heat retardant- $30

Twin fluorescent ballast and lights 1 cool white 1 warm white globe $30

Timber for frame $30

Hooks and chain to hang light and adjust hight $5

oscillating fan $5

Good set up for veg growth and mother plants very low wattage and cheap to run 24/7

you could also find a cheap 400w setup for about 100 bucks or less, a lot of growers sell their used ballasts on craigslist for cheap, and a used 400w MH will make some beefy girls, ready for flowering, ad less likely to need support
My friend just got two 1000w hps bulbs, reflectors, and ballasts for 200 bucks for both. crappy reflectors, but it's a start.

wait is that metric? or is that 2X2X1.5 FEET? cuz if it is, then a 400w will burn them.
if it's metric, then a 400w would be alright, maybe a tad under-lit but regardless.

Yeah very true man is much rather run my girls under some 400-600w mh globes but vegging 24/7 can get expensive where as ull get pretty good results just keeping ur mother's in veg under
fluros using like 32-72watts
