10 x 10 room need advice

I'm trying to get the most out of this 10 x 10 room. Gonna grow no till style but try name get max yield. Trying to produce some organic prime herb for my patients. I was wondering what kind of lighting to buy. First I was thinking 1000 watt has then I thought 2 600 's. Now I'm thinking of getting less because it's a lot easier to keep Temps in check until I can get an ac unit in that room.

I recommend 75-100w per sq/ft for max yield

So 7,500 to 10,000 watts for maximum yield if you are filling the entire 10x10, but you could probably get away with less with larger hoods.

A lot of this is going to be based on how much your patients want/need. So many ways to garden and build a room with all the differnt technologies and gardening practices people are doing.

If you have no AC I'd go with 1 1000 on a light rail, perhaps? That's if you're set on HID lighting. When I was having heat issues in my tent grow I went with LED lights and never looked back. I took maybe a 6% loss in yield but my electricity usage fell drastically also, so it was justifiable.

I love LED lighting and if I can find a good deal I'll go with that. I use it for my veg tent with a small ducting fan for exhaust and a desktop fan for circulation. Light mover is another good option. Would u guys suggest a scrog setup . A friend told me vertical scrogg are most efficient is that true?

I have a 12x13 room with 5x1000w bare bulbs hung vertically, and I don't run AC. The only time my temps get out of control is during the 2 to 3 week heat wave we get here in the summer. Its amazing what a good exhaust fan and a well placed intake can do for controlling temps.

If you want the most out of a 10x10 room your going to need a whole hell of a lot more than 1 1000w bulb.
