If Bush is legitimate or not is no longer relevant. We are stuck with him for another 18 months and then he is out of there.... Unless within this time he declares martial law. At which time he is defacto dictator.
But as to my opinion of Bush, he is worse than Nixon.
Please, drop the illegitimate bush remarks, it does take all the credibility from the argument. It makes the Poster sound like the shrill screams of the Ultra left.

The top two that I've witnessed since I've been alive (Can't comment on those before as history can be skewed) are #1 GW Bush the most fucked up ever, and #2 Richard Milhouse Nixon, the second most fucked up ever. At least when Nixon was president and was so fucked, the senate had the balls to start Impeachment proceedings which forced him to resign, thank the lord. Nixon it seems, had a secret plan to do away with term limits and be President in perpetuity, God only knows what the illigitimate Bush has in Mind

How does the truth take crediblity from my arguments? Sorry but if you can't handle my calling the illegitimate bush what he is then put me on ignore if there is such a function here .... you will never see me refer to him any other way ... and it is very relavent .... they have continued to steal elections since then .... so if you think that's no longer relavent, then you don't care about your right to vote and have it counted. You don't care that corporate amerika picks and choose the candidates dispite the will of the people if you think this is no longer relavent. If you wish to label me a so-called "Ultra left" for screaming the truth ... then knock yourself out ....

Because it's no longer relevant, we have had Bush for the last 6.5 years 18 months left to go. Now I agree that Bush stole the election. But How is that going to solve anything??? It's not.
There is nothing to be gained by bitching about it now.
All we can do now is demand that congress and the senate block him at every turn... Until he is out of office.

Well, I must side with the illigitimate Bush poster on this one. The senate needs to do more than just block his appointments and legislation. they need to de-fund the war and start Impeachment proceedings immediately. Without an impeachment trial we are we are saying to future presidents, go ahead and do what you want, there are no consequences. we are saying, the laws of the country don't apply to the president and the vice president, we are saying to our children, when we had the chance to stop the insanity, we stood by and did nothing, we let our constitution be trampled on by the highest authority in government and never held him accountable. Without an Impeachment we are basically saying our constitution is a piece of shit and doesn't mean anything. We Need an Impeachment to preserve constitutional government, get on with it.

And lincon with civil war what caused it was the fact that it was enmorel to most people having salves then other people used salves as farm eqipement and pay'd 5000dollars(around 1850) a person and lincon just wrote and made a law saying that you have to give up your salves that you pay'd for and the government let you use to do this, yeah your going to be pissed due the to fact your outa money, right! Indeed something need to be done but it shouldn't have been by the government, something should have been done by the people that thought it to be enmorel. :peace:

No I'm not saying that at all... Just now it would be a waste of time and the proceedings would take up that 18 months left in his term.

Our future depends on forcing this impeachment to preserve the rule of law, the very fabric of our constitution has been rendered by these assholes, they need to be impeached. There will be no progress in government anyway with Bush's veto and the republicans overriding the overturn. At least put it on the agenda and force a vote. It might be held up by the repukes, but at least they will be tagged with the attempt. I'm hoping the international tribunal indites them as soon as they are out of office. that will restrict their worldly travel, and if we get lucky, they will get snatched at some foriegn airport and transported to the Haig. Kind of a rendition in reverse.

It's obvious you can't see the big picture ... MM explain it ... I tried to ..... you just don't get it and don't care whether you vote is counted or not .... fine.

I see the bigger picture, and There are other punishments they can do. At this point impeachment would serve nothing but to divide this country even more.
Dude, I know that the Republicans pulled off a political coup, also the world courts can indite Bush and company as war crimes, which would mean that Bush and his cronies can not travel abroad EVER! Because if they did, they would be arrested in any country they set foot in. In case you haven't noticed the world court has already drawn up charges against the Bush Administration.

The world court has charges against Kissinger ... but you see he's still walking around free ....

... and the caging that is taking place shows they still intend on stealing elections .... yet you claim to see the big picture ...

The Democrats talked a good game prior to the last congressional/senate elections. So far, they have shown they have no balls to defund the war or start impeachment hearings. What have they accomplished so far in their promised quest for a more moral congress? Nothing, that's what. They now have, at the present time, over THREE HUNDRED investigative hearings going on. This is nothing but political grand standing. The American people just sent them the message loud and clear: Build the freakin' wall and start enforcing immigration laws that are presently on the books. Have they done anything about it? No they haven't. With the Democrat Party, its just more of the usual smoke and mirrors. Keep blasting away at Bush guys .... and stay stone-blind to the truth.

Oh, and my vote for the worst presidents? I'll name three: Abraham Lincoln, Franklin Delano Roosevelt and James (I was attacked by a giant rabbit, and I have lusted after women in my heart) Carter.

Vi, I agree that the dems are gutless in confronting the Bush machine, But at least they are talking about it. They cant get anything past the repuke minority in the senate, they'll have to wait for a few more repukes to leave the fold. What they should do is start Impeachment proceedings and then maybe the on the fence repukes will come around. It's a big fucking mess, the whole congress and white house are way out of touch with us, the people. In my 66 years I've never seen such incompetence.

I agree with you 100% Med. Except I don't believe the Dems should start impeachment hearings. The only reason they would do so is in an attempt to appease their ultra-leftist voters. It would be more of a waste of time than anything else. Build the damned wall now!
