Turned out they tested way too high in THC. Damn, that is a hella lotta material they destroyed.

KCSO seizes 10 million marijuana plants in 11 hemp fields in Arvin

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office said that a joint investigation with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and the Federal Bureau of Investigation determined that 11 hemp fields operating in Arvin were actually cannabis.

Nice waste of citizen's tax dollars in that county. Fucking harmless thc/cbd. LE needs to forget about hemp/weed and do their jobs.
