1 week outdoor growth

Hi guys,

First time grower here and I think I'm stuck. I planted my seeds one week ago and this is how much they've grown just sitting on my windowsill absorbing the sun.

Is it too soon to add nutrients? Is this normal? Or should be have more leaves by now? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They've been planted in soil with no nutes.

They look ok, dont water too much, theyre only little sprouts. Ya dont want to drown em.

I try not to. Only when i touch it and it's dry do I add any water. But I've seen other people's posts who at 2 weeks have multiple leaves. Mine don't seem to be growing that quickly. Should I be worried?
