show us some pics, hard to tell without them. what i would maybe suggest is after your soil has dried just before your next water/feed take the plant outta the pot and check the roots are growing . i sometimes squeeze my pots quite firmly to break the soil up a bit, i feel that sometime its becomes too compacted and that it stops the roots from growing as they should. this is just a theory but ive noticed that after i do this the plants seem to spring up real quick.

What dura said. Root bound plants will also cease to grow when the roots run out of space. What size pots did you plant these babies in?

Pics and the WHOLE rundown...soil, nutes, humidity, container type and size, PH, lighting schedule, waste water PH and PPM, how much water in, how much waste water. Provide this info and you'll have a half dozen peeps here helping you to get back on track. You've come to the right place, and people really are here to help...just for the sake of helping. Where else on earth is that true? Gotta love RIU.

Hi, I recently had the same problem, for me, I watered too much in the beggining, even tho I used perlite, the soil was like compacted, I don't think the roots were getting enough oxygen, I re potted them and they started flyin up, won't be over watering again!

Some pics would be epic. You'll get mostly good advice here. It's just hard to assist without an idea... you know the saying a picture is worth a thousand words? It really can be... Someone may pick up on something like a light hung to high from the tops, or pots that are too small... You never know :)

the soil doesnt look too good. but i dunno really, im sure you'll get some good answers tho. I think its either the soil your using or the roots are stuck.

i would try raising the temp ive read that certain types of marijuana thrive in different temps you just gotta find it but i doubt that will fix your problem they should def be growing better than that

Pictures would help, a lot plants that are this age under a 250 hps should be ready for flowering.have the plants have been given any nute if not that could be the cause by this age the plants should realy be on at least 1100/1200ppms.Without seeing the plants this is all rely guess work, look at the bottom of the pots are roots showing if so re pot.If the plants are on a nute line up then they may be a salt build up but even if the plants are only been feed water they could still be salt build up flush them with some water ph it though to around 7.0.Have you been phing the water that you have been feeding.I have just seen the pictures and i have to say that the seedlings are rely in a bad way you are not gonna like what i have to say,but here goes get shut, the seedlings should be well on there way to at least 1 ft tall now but more like 1 1/2 ft.Order some decent seeds from a good seed company attitude, get a nice easy plant to start with but one that is gonna give you a nice smoke. Some thing like ak47,blueberry,nrthern lights, get in touch in box me when the seeds arrive and i will talk you through germanateing them.Have you got a exaust fan in the grow area bringing fresh air in, and one takeing the stagnent air out.I say this because these seedlings look like they have been under extreme heat this can stunt growth. It may just be a case of bad seeds but i dont think so inbox me with yr room set up......................................tyke

I'm going to have to agree with the nutrients. If it's a month old, and I'm not saying start a full nutrient load, but maybe a little more nitrogen in the soil. I had some crappy potting soil mix I tried my first time and it was terrible. Looked similar is quality to what you have there. Try to transplant it, maybe that 250W is too far away (which I don't fully think is the issue). I think it may just need some better soil. And since you have already had a successful batch I'm unsure what to say. Be sure to keep those light house around 18/6 for young ones.
