1 male 1 female 150wHPS

OK Breeders I got a question. I got these Black Creek Gardens SPYDER auto (regular) seedlings going. I have 3. I hope at least 1 will be male. I was thinking of putting a male(if I get one) and female in a small closet with a 150w all-in-one HPS. I know they will be smaller than if I had them with the rest under 2 400w's, but will I decrease the potency of the strain and create crappier seeds? I know it sounds like a completely newbie question. I just don't want to do it if I am not going to just get a bunch of the same thing I bought. any response here or in PM will help. please.

You will only have to keep them separate for a short time when the pollen is flying. you could keep them under the 400 before and after. But to answer your question....yes a 150 will work,... and provided they are healthy you should get good seed. However, I wouldn't count on getting the same thing you bought. It's not likely they will breed true.

The seeds I got are actually F9 generation. the strain was stabilized already so. as long as I wont reduce potency with the 150 during pollination than i'm straight. from f4-f9 potency only increased with this strain.
