½ pint of bourbon, ½ pint of vodka, BUT WHAT TO MIX WITH?

Im about to go to the store and buy some kind of juice/soda/something to mix with these two liquors. Any suggestion? Orange and cranberry juice leave ulcers in my mouth, so I am a little limited. most bourbon mixed drink recipes I looked up sounded gross, too.

Help me out fellas. best mixer gets the +rep!

somethng with caffeine!!!!!!!!!! I was a vodka genius and when the great drinkers like hemingway were around they did not have mountain dew or myabe that six hour energy drink!

hahaha. vodka genius huh? that's a little contradicting.. but funny! hmm. im gonna get a small thing of coke for the bourbon.. and for the vodddka... im not really into energy drinks, too expensive and they leave me deflated after an hour or so haha. any more suggestions?!

A delicious recipe for Mister Wu, with vodka, bourbon whiskey, lemon-lime soda and orange juice.

1 dash orange juice
1 oz vodka
2 oz bourbon whiskey
3 oz lemon-lime soda
Pour two ounces of whiskey and one ounce of vodka on ice into a regular glass.
Add three ounces of lemon-lime soda and a dash of orange juice.

Serve in a Old-Fashioned Glass.

grapefruit juice will help rock any party beter! Try that with your pain meds. Drunk as hell I think. It is an opiate and benzo patentiator. Makes `em work better.

opps dr pepper will mix well with bourbon/vodka. You could get some ice tea. Ever have the drink called an "iced tea"?

Personally I'd rather the both of those straight.

But mentioning the lemon and lime from before, get the freshest juice you can add to vodka and finish off with Angostura bitters. (careful, that's 45% or something, but totally transforms the flavor...)
