Lost Password/Forgotten E-mail

Hey there. This is BloodShotI'z.

I was having problems logging in for the past month or so. I kept getting server busy msgs.

I eventually deleted my cookies/temp files on my pc which allowed me to access the site again.

But...I had RIU set to remember my password/username.

I forgot my password. And cant remember what e-mail address I used to set this acct up.

Is there a way for me to get the password or reset a new one so that I can use my original username?

Long....But I need help.

Good to be back though....And actually able to log on.
