Ordered through e-mail late at night(Sun-Mon). Got instructions next morn (Monday).Sent cash($55) that day before 4pm in a priority legal letter size envelope.Got confirmation on received payment on Fri and said will ship Mon.7 business days later from the Monday shipped my NE state p.o. box has a manila bubble envelope,15 uniform nice mottling seeds plus one fat seed of Big Blue (16 in all).If I get one Indica dom sweet pheno mommy out of the bunch then I am a happy camper.Cannot wait till my rockwool cubes get here.
I am not going to say "I will post the results and link it in my sig",because allot say that and never do.
p.s. I know the free seeds/grow journal thing but not concerned about that now.

Anyone experience HGS Big Blue in anyway and never posted about it?Please tell.

I did 11 of the seeds in rockwool.8 sprouted in 4 days....the other 3 have gotten messed up from (my bad) over saturation of the Rockwool (It's been awhile using rw).I had to mist a couple to pick off some stuck on seed hull(no biggie).Under veg floros now.great experience so far.

HGS Big Blue (BlueberryXNorthern Lights#5)3rd week from seed.I am thinking top left nute sensitive Blueberry dom,bottom right short,lush,stocky NL#5 dom.The rest are more of a blend of the two but will keep an eye on these two.
22 ounce tumbler cups 1.5" hole methodica Hempy.
6 mix spectrum pl-55W floros.
temps 71-79F
3/4 tsp Maxibloom,.75 ml Pro-tekt,1/16 tsp Epsom salt,ph 6 in 1gal jug.Strength diluted when needed with ph'ed water to 6.(both tap H2O)

Big Blue 4 weeks from seed.
Kept squat (like I want it) with 22 0z cup and 1" from floros.Nute sensitivity shows.
Insomnia and depression relief on the way....Happy 420!!!

i looked at the blueberry genetics for a long time, but DJ's stuff doesn't seem to have the rep it use to have, and costs plenty
and DP, well, i saw enough bad experiences to keep me away from that one

never grew it, just from watching grow logs, results all over the place

Oh ok.I have seen some good Big Blue journals and always wanted NL.If I get one robust female with either traits I will be happy(I am not expecting the blueberry muffin thing).
Do you have any pics of your outdoor HGS NL or have anything smoke/taste/yield wise to add about it?thks

In veg they give give a vaped bud smell and the trimmings are piney with a hint of fruity citris.

my nl#5 grows were all indoors, micro grows under cfl's, it responded well to cfl's, great yield
smell and taste were mild pine/hash, a good taste, not spectacular
it had a hell of a lift off, actually a bit more than i liked, but a very nice ramp down, which is why i kept it going for several grows

Going to setup the cloner and take some cuttings soon.With luck in 2 weeks I will have rooted clones for 12/12 and 2 more wks for sexy time explosions.

raft/bubble/dwc cloner.Temps kept at 75F with an Aqueon pro 100W submersible heater.
the collars are the (yellow)cushion foam from a thrown out couch cut into strips and sterilised with a bleach water solution.Tray held a platter of chicken nuggets.1/2 tsp Schultz take root in 4 gal tap water res.When bumps show res will be ph corrected tap with lite nute.19W (actual) 6500k cfl hanging 12" from tray.
Back half rows is tops (I do not follow convention) and front half rows are side chute cuttings.Each donor plant has at least 2 cuttings in the raft.Most when cut has a skunky to mildish skunky smell but 2 plants have a either a strong pine and a strong fruity smell.These and other characteristics has been noted for future reference.
Donors will remain in veg.

a mix of skunk and fruit sounds strange, but weed can do so many different things, no 2 of my seed grows have been remotely the same as far as odor
this is why i love(sarcasm mode) when LEO breaks in the door because of odor, give me a break! how in hell can anyone claim they know the odor of MJ when it's never the same from plant to plant?

Clones still brewing and I am not expecting any bumps right away but hopefull by day 7.
I remember reading a forum post when someone threw away a batch of clones because the cut stems formed white bumps.
