Last water change was 2 days ago and Ph5.8 ppm365 and tap water

As you can see the top baby leaves are growing nice and green and the bottom ones are turning yellow. I’m assuming it’s a nitrogen deficiency? I’m just wonder what are things I can do to fix the issue. I have all picture of the nutrients I feed the plant
