bottom two leaves have brown spots on them not sure if it was caused by 1 root loss during water change transplant.any information will help on cause.

Also began to notice tips of the leaves have a slight curl to them.

I currently keep my humidity at 40-50 percent, and temps around 90 degrees during the day and 80 at night. I have a co2 bag directly above plant to help give the plant some boost(apparently co2 bags work best around those temps) . Also have full ventilation with a 600w viparspectra light in a 4x4x6.5.

The image presented does show a slight curling to the tips of the leaves.I would suggest getting the humidity up a little bit if you cant adjust the temperature to 70-80 degrees because the temps are high and I am not sure how effective those co2 bags actually are.Although the curling seems to be minor and I have had seedling that have had similar curling and it seemed to subside once the humidity was higher. The browning of the smaller leaves, I have not experienced when the plant was in the seedling stage, however in the vegetative stage they tend to go brown and die off because they become redundant. The seedling seems alright at the moment, although I am not certain of the cause of the slight browning in the seedling stage .

Hope this information helps with the curling of the leaves.:bigjoint:

Temp at 90 is at the border of too high. Can you pull it up and check roots? Assuming it's hydro, whats the rez temp at?

I don't have experience with using co2 in any form but have read it's effective at 90degree temps but must be in a sealed environment, unsure about co2 bags. Typically advanced growers have timers set to turn off exhaust, co2 on, 10-15min later co2 off, 40-50 mins later exhaust on etc. If your exhaust (ventilation) fan is running constant I wouldn't waste your money since its rendering the co2 almost useless. They'll get more co2 from you talking to them.
