okay so i have a seedling (about 3 weeks old) it has finished its first “true leaves” and is now growing a small canopy, but one of the leaves are very large and gave sort of a lilipad shape, if anyone needs pictures i can post i just want to know what’s happeneing

okay so i need help ASAP. i germinated a seedling and recently transplanted it to a “hot” mix and i believe it has nutrient burn, it is a VERY young seedling i need help on how to revive it
