Wassup monkey. I'm in the process of moving into my new place. Should be done in 2 weeks then I will start the build. I purchased most of the parts already. I will update the thread once I start building. Looks like I'm going with the 4x2 tent after all.

That works too but you still have to drill your own holes. Cutting it down to size is the easy part. Dry fitting everything together and marking up the holes to drill takes more effort but it's still fairly easy. Who knows. It's not a big deal, just a bit strange. It's never happened to me before.

What I do is mentally visualize everything first and then I try fitting everything together. First cut the aluminum down to size. Then dry fit the frame and mark every spot where you need a hole. Drill holes on the marks you made and then assemble everything. You can literally build a frame...

C'mon man. You should have known you're going to have to cut and drill holes when making your own frame. It shouldn't have came as a surprise to you. Always know what you're up against before you take on a task. You def don't need a table saw to cut the aluminum. You can cut it with a hand saw...

I'm leaning towards compost, peat moss and perlite as @Rasta Roy suggested. The more I research, the more I see many products aimed towards cannabis growing as gimmicks. It seems like organic is the way to go.

Does soil mix play a part with nutrients? I'm starting to lean away from FFOF soil the more I listen to you guys. Clearly some of you know what you're talking about and I'm taking your inputs seriously. I really appreciate all the help.

Thank you for the tips. Money is not a problem. I just want to use high quality nutes because I feel it does make a difference in grows. I read many people claim nutes are nutes but I don't feel that way.

Thank you everyone! Looks like dry nutes are the way to go. Never knew bottled nutes are frowned upon.

Can you list some nutes brands that are better than FF nutes? I would like to research them.

What soil do you recommend for seedlings? Is FF that bad during the early stages? I knew it was strong and wouldn't need to add nutes until late in veg but I never seen people complain that the soil itself hurt their plants.
