I mean 4x6 is inherently better suited for 2 lights, that's just the truth. But you could do it

Hello everyone, I'm new here & getting setup for my first grow. I have questions & need advice!

i did autofems first. I can't say if it's better or worse. In theory, I would believe they're probably more forgiving to light leaks and changes. Aside from shorter grow time, that's probably the only benefit for newer growers. Just do them for a different grow :). Don't scrap what you have.

    Quiet exhaust fans?

this. CFM matters. Here's some truth: -you can build a box, put the fan and filter in the box and attach inlets to make it quieter -fan controllers may degrade the inline fan and shorten it's lifespan. use a fan controller meant for your fan. -inline fans not specifically labeled as "quiet"...

Bought a new home equals new grow

you may still want vented hoods for more heat control. you can always pull off the glass if you decide. even in fall or spring you could have high temp issues.

Bought a new home equals new grow

I feel you. You don't wanna buy pointless shit, and it may be good to have a little bit of flexibility to change during seasons or depending on what lights you want running at a certain time. I would agree with you that it may be better just to keep mothers/clones beyond May. You can keep them...
