    What is causing these spots?

Any ideas? I'm guessing my pH is too high or my nutes are too concentrated. I'm waiting for a pH meter in the mail. I have been having the worst pH meter luck. They're about a month old and we're following the label for nutes, so I'm open to ideas. Thanks again!

    Leaves dying?

Are my leaves infected with something? Got a new setup here, still ironing out the bugs. Water temp is a little cool at 62f (trying to raise it now). pH is 6. I was thinking at first I just got some fertiliser water on them, but now I'm starting to think it's growth of some kind. Thoughts?

    Are my hydro plants dying?

Their roots are very healthy, but the leaves look like they have dark spots on them. We've grown them from seeds. At first I thought I was just nutrients splashing on them, but it seems to be speakings, so I'm not so sure.

Spider Mite Removal on Vegging Plants: Predators, or Systemic Insecticide?

Hello all, I'm on my third batch of plants, and my clones came with spider mites. I've been fighting them off with pyrethrin, but I need to eradicate them completely, and I don't have a lot of spare cash to try different techniques. So should I go straight for predators, or should I try a...

Rosemary Oil for Spider Mite Control? Would adding predators be a good coup de gras?

I've got a spider mite problem I just can't get rid of, and the upkeep is killing me. I need a cheap, affordable thing to spray in bulk on the plants to kill what's on them, and something to eat the eggs so they'll stop reproducing. I've heard two natural solutions that I think I will be able...

What The Hell Is Wrong With My Plants?

Oh man. I've screwed things up pretty bad. So I've got my three flowering plants - I feel like two have been flowering for a month now. One has been in there for a couple weeks. My two flowering girls seem to have stopped growing. I'm really worried about harshness, so I haven't fed them in a...

    Is it harvest time yet?

Hey guys, I haven't been able to get my hands on a jewelers loupe. I'm planning on waiting until they have an amber trichome or two, but I wouldn't mind harvesting one sooner than the other one to get an idea of the difference. Is this girl ready for harvest yet? I tried to get a good closeup...

Flowering Plants not happy - Too Wet?

Hey guys, My girls have been flowering for a few weeks now - slow going, but they smell great and look pretty good. They were happy for about a week, then they got sad again after I fed them. But the leaves are wilting like crazy - I fed them last week, and have watered them once since then...

Two weeks on 12/12 - no change?

Hello all, I repotted my two best plants a couple weeks ago and moved them into the flowering room. I've been waiting for them to get started, but so far one of them looks wilting, and the other looks healthy but isn't growing. Using 5-gallon soil bags with about 50% perlite/50% potting soil...

Where can I find E39 fixtures for CFL's in Canada?

Hello all, I just called Home Depot, and they say they don't have any e39 fixtures for my new bulbs. I was able to find this: http://www.homedepot.ca/product/mogul-medium-base-incandescent-socket-adapter/905889 But it mentions that it is only compatible with "porcelain sockets" which I...

I washed my plants with soap, and now young leaves are curling!

Oh man, I washed the leaves last night to get rid of the mites, and now all of their young foliage are wrinkling. It looks like they might dry out. I think they'll be ok, but what was the problem? Too much soap in the water? Water too hot? Wrong type of soap (I used non-sudsing dishwashing...

Angry Leaves. N Def? PH? Waterlogged?

Hello all, I'm prepping for flowering, and after my recent transplant, some of them are unhappy. Any advice is appreciated!

Still with the spider mites, getting ready to flower - nuclear option?

Hello all, So I'm getting ready to split some plants off to flower, and they still have spider mites on them. I keep trying natural methods - iso spray, soap water bath, neem oil - but they always come back. I'm ready to try and find something that will kill the eggs, or will stay long enough...

Tiny buds on one plant - still on 16/8 lights

I was taking a look at one of my bigger plants, and it's got tiny little buds with trichomes on them. It's very adorable, but a little ahead of schedule. Should I prune them? Is this indication of anything I should be aware of?

Getting ready to flower - should I go with CFL or Tube?

I'm getting ready to make my flowering box, and it's getting time to pick out lights. I can't handle the heat output of the other lights, so I'm going to go with fluorescent. I grabbed an off-the-shelf 23W CFL, and my light meter shows much more light than my tubes do, so I was thinking of...

    Repotting Trauma?

Hey guys, So I just repotted everything into classic pots. I put my biggest plant in the biggest pot, hoping to get a jump on things, but it doesn't look very happy. Should I move it into a smaller pot? Are they overwatered? Screenshot included: http://imgur.com/R9EGN1B...

When should I flower my plants? I'm thinking of transplanting them first. Bad idea?

Hello all, I'm getting ready to flower my girls - I'm aiming for April 1st or so. But I was considering transplanting them into larger pots first to encourage them to get a bit larger. Or should I just stick with what I've got? Photos coming in a moment.

Help Identifying Plant Stress: pH problems?

Hello there! I'm having some upset plant problems, and I just wanted to get some input. I'm fairly certain it's a pH issue, as I have a wide variety of issues despite doing the same things with all of them. I also, of course, foolishly overfertilized in my initial zeal. I think I've been good...
