Im probably going to grow 1 big plant in a 100 gallon pot

How do you get pounds of weed outdoors? I can only yield like 1 pound out of 10 plants that was taller than me and im 6'1, probably i harvest to early because i harvest them mid-September and i planted them late-April.i wanna try growing outdoor again but i want to yield more than 5 pounds out...

im getting a 600 watt hps batwing reflector for the flowering tent,so im planning on putting the fan and carbon filter outside the tent. 600 watts hps batwing reflector(hanging by it self)>6 inch ducting(at the top of tent)>6 inch 400 cfm fan(outside of tent)>carbon filter(aslo outside of tent)
