Yes, I tried picking it off with my finger nail. It seems pretty stuck on there. I'm sure I can rip it off, but I would imagine it would rip a hole in the leaf. I checked under a few leaves, no indication of bugs. I'll check more to be safe.

Your problem almost definitely is your LED lights are too close to your plants. Do a google search of pics of leaves with LED lights too close and you'll see almost exactly what you are experiencing. LED is tricky since they don't get hot but I did an entire grow where I chased cal-mag, and...
