I don't think you get it.... Your girl needs absolute darkness to flower. PITCH BLACK. There is no reason you need to go in your grow room when they are 'sleeping'. Cover up where you know you have light coming in. Why make excuses? Go to the grow faqs, you'll see.

If I were you, I would just skip that light cycle. It only one day right? It's better to skip an entire cycle than to differ from the set times. People go as much as 3 days, one won't hurt.

I wouldn't be switching you light cycle back and forth too much if I were you. Either veg or flower. Don't keep changing your mind, thatll give you nothing but hermies. And keep in mind... dark time = very dark time. If you must look when they are sleeping, use minimal light for a super fast...

If you take a plant that has stayed relatively small and reveged the bottom after harvest, does the plant root continue to grow? Would you need a bigger pot? Or does the size of the root stay the size it need to in order to support the plant? In essence.... Root size = the age of the plant...
