There's these rust colored spots all over my fan leaves. I looked it up and it looks like it could be Maganese or Potassium deficiency?

Does this snap/break look like it will recover ok? I put some cloning gel on the torn area and had it supported with a zip tie directly after the break occurred. Took off the zip tie today and it hasnt healed completely, as you can see. this is on a plant that's day 31 of flower.
