How can i avoid heat stress outdoors????? All my babys are outdoors cuz i cant grow indoor however where i live it gets up mid to high 90's and i wanna do anything possible to avoid them getting heat stress, and i cant move them indoors so what can i do? P.S their only 1 1/2weeks old

I'm new to this and im not quite sure what soil to use. I was going to use roots organic but i've read a lot of problem that roots organic has. I really dont want to mix my own soil, what is the best soil i can get straight from the bag? Fox farm? Roots organic? MG? -thanks in advance
