Drooping in DWC can be caused from lack of oxygen in the res. If that was the case you could drop the res temp a couple degrees or add airstones. I think the plants look fine.

temp should betaken at canopy level IMO. Just buy or build another cooltube and get a good inline fan if you haven't already.

negative pressure is fine. If it bothers you just put a carbon filter on it if you haven't already. That will cut it back a bit. Or get a speed controller.
