So yesterday's HC announcement sounds like if one didn't renew after September 2013, forget it. My licence was up end January, (ATP plus my DPL), so i didn't renew cuz I thought, as everyone did, that it would end March 31. It says an ATP must have valid licence March 20, 2014. (DPL, PPL ok...

-----Just got new HC notice about June 19, and it looks like they are going ahead with set dates, June 19 to March 31 2014 being transition period. HC will have application forms for becoming Licenced Producer plus guidance forms, on June 19 also. No more PUPL or DPPL after March 2014.

Regarding R&D licence, did you use exemption 67 of NCR or 56 of CDA? Or do you have chemist or pharmacist? I have both PUPL and DPPL's, and am researching best way to becoming LP. What would you need from PUPL? Also, please explain more about your $$ statement, thankyou. Supposedly HC is...
