The leaves look crinkly and silky because it is still really young, and they haven;'t grown and flattened out entirely. But it looks healthy.

You look like you need some trimming. Decide if you want to consider doing that. CFL light has low penetration, so you're not going to be getting light into those leafy furrballs. I am surprised at the growth with the limited number of cfls that I can see.
