got two 25 gallon totes on top of each other (6.68 cubic feet total) with 2 42w and 4 26w cfls. I was going to fill the bottom with soil but do they need to be able to be raised towards the light or is there enough light in there that i wont have to raise them?? 3 plants

Def took some work today to put it together but it looks like its going to work. Ive got my plant from my last grow in there now finishing up, just a couple more days, hope it doesn't shock the plant to move it to a new grow box.

I know all about the daylight for vegging and red for floweing. I started flowering today, just one healthy plant. I have 2 daylight and 2 reds CFLs, do I have to replace the 2 daylight lights with red for best results or will I be ok with 2 blue and 2 red???
