Ideas on how to conceal a backyard grow.

Privacy fencing, other plants, greenhouse, short growing strains, put them out late in the year so they don't get as tall, shade cloth on dark side, etc.

    Cameras with IR

I've heard of grows having problems with herms and low yields but after covering dehumid lights, timer lights, a/c lights, etc., the problems went away and flowering was shortened by 2 or 3 days!

techniques for growing huge plants outdoors!

I am not going for "TALL" plants, am going for BIG YIELD and GREAT QUALITY! I keep it simple and have great results. A lot of great posts here but I think there is a bit more to it than just good soil n good light, and think that some growers try too hard. I could go on and on about all my...

nice set up! I also let my girls "open aired" and then cover after showing buds. Keeping the rain n dew of my buds gives way better bag appeal n less mold problems. B HAPPY!

    anybody,mn,wi or Dakota's..

I am in Michigan so I don't have as long of a grow season as many other places. I try to stay with 8wk flowering strains. Most of the strains I prefer are Indica, however I have had some hybrids do well for me. One hybrid that I've had good luck with TGA- Agent Orange. OG kush usually harvests...

    Same cut indoor vs outdoor?

I harvest all the top buds, then wait about a week to cut all the smaller buds. them smaller buds will get more light and air once the plant is partially harvested, thus they do gain more weight. B HAPPY!

    new greenhouse

your girls r not too happy with temps that low, and yes they will flower without sup lighting. put some light bulbs on a timer, on for 5 minutes once every 2 hrs while dark out. here in Michigan I don't put my girls out until mid may. start hardening off may 10th n have them in their pots by may...

    Soil for 300 Gallon containers?

I got 2 years out of 200 gal pots with this same mixture, also in Michigan. 300 gal would b over kill, I agree. also agree his budget is not enough for that size grow. if u do it right u will be very happy. 12 plants in 200 gal pots with this mixture will cost you about $325 per pot, however, no...

    greenhouse size

If u r planning on having big plants u will need atleast 10'x10' for each plant. my 63'x24' greenhouse was tight for 12 plants. this year we r expanding to 73'x34' for 12 plants to give more working room. these plants took up more than 10'x10' of space.
