    Bathtub semi-stealth

Hole in the ceiling of the bathroom with a steel vent pipe that goes straight out the roof. Little electric fart fan which is coming out, and a heavy duty inline fan goes in its place. So, carbon filter, then out the roof, way overhead.

Will the "25 Mile Rule" effect you?

I have been asked to leave the forum by this user. I'm doing so. I don't want to participate where I am not welcome.

From gorgeous Vegging to dying Flowering??

I got flamed when I posted a thread about this, but right now I'm thinking about moving to a new place where I have an extra (EXTRA!) bathroom and I'm planning to grow in the tub, or rather _on_ the tub in an ebb-flow tray. The main thing that turns me on about this idea is the vent pipe out...

    Bathtub semi-stealth

Extra. Bathroom. _Extra_. As in, spare, chosen specifically for the possibilities as a grow space. And I'm seeing possibilities that seem _much_ better than my tent. And in the place where I'm going, there won't be room to hide my 4x4x8 tent anywhere. I can hide this whole bathroom. It...

    Arizona Growers Thread

Sure, great news for people who are rich enough/ mobile enough to live there. I've tried for years and years and years to land a job in Colorado, and now I'm sure it will be even harder.

Help fight the "25 Mile Rule"

How many people would have to call the DEA and simply anonymously say "they are selling drugs at [address]?" One? Half a dozen? Ironically, I think the feds are probably lightening up now. It will be funny that now that the state and the feds decide to keep their hands off dispensaries...

A REAL commitment to change the 25-mile rule

The state does not have the authority to remove the 25-mile rule or any other language from the AMMA, for the same reason they cannot simply strike it down. It will require another ballot initiative to remove it. That's not happening. Maybe in 2014. I hope and pray I have either left this...

take action let your opinion about the 25 mile rule be heard!!!!!!

I don't see how a patient will ever be able to afford enough bud to cook with if she cannot grow it herself. But I can assure you that there will be no lawfully successful fight against the 25 mile rule, no matter how many lawsuits there are or what questions they try to raise. The fact...

Marijuana Now legal in CO! What does it mean for us MMJ patients?

Well, and you are no longer importing / trafficking narcotics and getting into federal mandatory sentencing territory. That's maybe a significant difference.

So does legal marijuana in Colorado mean DOMESTIC SEEDS?

Can I just drive up to Durango or somewhere and buy seeds over the counter, and not have to do the scary and sketchy ordering overseas thing? If not, why not?

    Moving to CO

I'd be willing to drive to Denver once or twice a month, that's hardly a negative. My problem has been finding a job. I've been trying for years to land a job in Colorado.

take action let your opinion about the 25 mile rule be heard!!!!!!

The only kind of "vote" that would help this situation would have been a new ballot initiative on the 2012 general election, which of course nobody petitioned for. There is no other lawful pathway to eliminate the 25-mile rule, other than legal actions to shut down the dispensaries themselves...

A REAL commitment to change the 25-mile rule

He kind of lost his high ground when he got arrested for 900 plants during this lawsuit. He sort of blew it for everyone, pretty much forever.

A REAL commitment to change the 25-mile rule

You don't need a $100,000 attorney to tell you that there isn't even a legal theory that will result in a repeal of the 25-mile rule that doesn't also risk a repeal of the entire AMMA. The 25-mile rule requires a new ballot-initiative that supersedes the AMMA. That is the only path to its...

Will the "25 Mile Rule" effect you?

It's already affecting me. It is making me unspeakably angry. I cannot find the words to express my anger and despair over this, together with trying and failing for almost four years to find a job that will allow me to move to Colorado. Colorado was competitive before. Now I want to just...

How to get rid of dispensary and while keeping the law in effect?

The "reasoning" is still that cannabis is inherently dangerous in its plant form, and its cultivation must be suppressed.

No 25 Mile Rule, The Legal Battle Has Begun

You are one of the few posters who seems to understand the distinction between the AMMA *law* and the AZDHS *rules*. Mostly, people have been complacent about the 25 mile rule. I suspect that most are willing to have illegal grow rooms anyway, many don't understand what the rule means in the...

No 25 Mile Rule, The Legal Battle Has Begun

I have tried not to be evil enough to suggest it, but does anyone actually have this plan? Insist on DEA enforcement against dispensaries? Does not seem like a good way to go.

No 25 Mile Rule, The Legal Battle Has Begun

No lawsuit can possibly change the Law portion of the AMMA. The *Rules* can be changed, but not the letter of the law. The 25 mile exclusion zone is a key part of the law. We needed a ballot initiative on the 2012 general election, which I don't think anyone even tried to do. As a result...
