I have a question about cfl lights and hps. Everyone says HPS is better because it gives off orange red spectrum but I see alot of CFL lighting and everything looks great!!! But isnt that more of white? Just wondering because as of right now im using a 400wMH with 2 different bulbs for veging...

Is it okay to leave the green light on while its night time in the room the whole night? I may have a crack or two with some light coming thru so ive been leaving the green light on to cover it up with green spectrum hearing that it doesnt bother them?

Im currently using a 400w MH for budding and veggin a bulb for each. I just started my 12/12 with the orange/red tint bulb but ordered a 600w hps and should be in in about a week. Is that going to mess up the budding stage a lilttle bit by adding better light to them? Im thinking i won't start...

Hows it growing and going Rhodeys? Im getting started on my second grow bout 6-7 weeks in veg and getting ready to start 12/12. The only issue is I only have a 400w MH with two bulbs for vegging and one for flowering. Thats what ii used for my first grow but wasnt to happy with results...
