This is my Jack the Ripper, it has been struggling in veg, while other plants have pushed ahead. What could be the issue here? I tried to correct this by flushing the soil and not fertilizing, but after a few weeks conditions haven't improved.

I harvested the worst blue dream yesterday, the other may be able to hold out a bit longer, but for sure is dying. Psuagro, are you saying the local tap water is better than from the aquifer? I don't drink the tap water because I can smell the chemicals. Common around here.

I am getting feminized seeds and was curious if I could use gibberellic acid or colloidal silver to force these fems to create more fem seeds of themselves? Would creating fem seeds from a fem parent result in uniform copies of the mother?

If you have the money use a carbon filter and fan combo. If not then use a negative ion generator (this worked well for my situation). The ion gen was about 60$ on amazon and works great. Also put a couple air freshener pucks in the grow tent. The whole room will smell great.
