Pin pointing deficiences - Good pics included

I see you added the lime, but did u address the P def? It looks pretty large. U can of course add a flowering tea, but of course, this raises the question if your veg feed contains the required nutes.

What is this?? Potassium def? Manganese def? Or do I need som Cal-Mag cuz of 12/12?

I was going to suggest a P def, i see you already are considering it. The Red stems and the spots started on mine. It was PH that was off but it started the same way. However, I also had a nitro def due to the same ph issue so it's difficult to compare. Can you confirm your getting a good PH...

    18 Plants dying PLEASE HELP

I think it's all your soils problem. Though it was clearly a mistake to put tiny plants in big pots like that, and to give them any nutes at all at such an early age. Can you please confirm your Soil PH numbers? The first page said you were watering at 6.5ph water and the soil was 7.0 at the...

scientific experiment showing root growth rate V photoperiod

So its been a week The first few days showed normal enough growth. but the last few days they've really taken off. I usually run 18/6 photo period but this 24/0 is definitely offering better growth. It look like it took a couple of days for the plants to adjust to it. Some seemed a little...

Bought some lime today. Will be making a batch of soil in a few days. Will ground the lime up and mixed it into my perlite and soil. Hopefully this will help ph the soil a little quicker. If i have to. Im very disturbed that the canna soil is now coming at 5.7ish.

scientific experiment showing root growth rate V photoperiod

Will do. I'm currentily having major life/death issues with fungus gnat larvae. (I think). Small little whitish bugs creeping around the root areas. My plants seem to be having a very had time. Major defenciency + burn symptoms, ph was fine and my food was adqeuate. So It took a while to find...

Canna soil ph at 5.7 out of bag

Canna pro plus soil, not the coco. So do all the soil growers further prepare out of the bag soil for growing? I always thought out of the bag was so I don't have to do any prep work on the soil. Might aswell reuse the soil in that case after a good flush and ph.

Canna soil ph at 5.7 out of bag

The plants look like they are doing well in thier new soil. I'll let them dry up a bit and then retest the PH of the soil. I hope it stays where i left it and its not gravitating back to 5.7 as a natural state. Does anyone know why the soil comes at such a low range? Its on the back of the...

Canna soil ph at 5.7 out of bag

Hey care givers, I was surprised to find that my Canna Pro Plus Soil straight from a bag Ph's at 5.7-6.3. My bags seem to be at the 5.7 scale. What the deal with this? Was it always like this? It seems the international depot is 5.7-6.3 while some other depots are ph at 6.0. It took about 30...

5kg Co2 tank empty after 5 days, normal?

Ive been doing some math and it seems like my tank emptied way too quickly comparing to other diaries ive read. The ppm range was staying 950ppm to 1050ppm so i dont think it was releasing it too fast. Maybe my tank wasnt filled properly by the guy at the shop.

5kg Co2 tank empty after 5 days, normal?

I run a DR240w secret jardin tent. (240cm x 120cm x 200cm). I set up CO2 about 5 days ago. and the 5KG tank i bought is already empty. I run at 1,000ppm, with ambient air being about 350 in my area(urban). Its a sealed tent, only leaks i can think of are zips, a couple of tiny tears(1-2mm)...

    Weed, a value retaining asset?!

Alright good news. It seems long term storage 2-5 years is easily possible. There is always the inherent risk of storing an organic compound and mould. However numerous threads on RollitUp seem to have plenty of examples. Infact,I see more examples of 2+ year storage than half of the crazy stuff...

Using Nitrogen Gas to Cure/Store Buds in...

Evac, replace with CO2, Evac again. You sir, just gave great advice. This would really help the situation, It would also let people compensate for shitty vaccum sealers.

    Oh Happy Day

wow. just read both your threads on long term storage. Thanks so much for writing them. Im about to start long term storage myself and i didnt know if it would hold up or not. Ill look into different vaccumms but i suspect ill copy you. Would you consider also shooting nitrogen into the jars as...

    Weed, a value retaining asset?!

I'm going to do some more research on the preservation of weed over the coming week. Ill get back and update this topic. If there was a way to preserve it even for 3 years at 80% potency, It would be a very valuable tool to have. Ill be back!

    Weed, a value retaining asset?!

Thanks for all that. Ill definitely look into it. Ill check with current customers about what they think of purchasing extract and see if its a valued item that can be sold in future. thanks :)

    Weed, a value retaining asset?!

hmmm so process the weed into another form for storage and resale later. What would be the best process method in your experience? When you say you stored it for years, do you mean you stored weed oil extract?

    Weed, a value retaining asset?!

Hmm.. I was hoping that vaccuming packing and sealing with a preservative gas would keep the weed usable for a few years. 3-4 hopefully. "After a quick carbon filtration of a hydrocarbon extract," Do this mean (forgive my ignorance) turn the weed into oil extract for consumption?

    Weed, a value retaining asset?!

If people can afford food and transport and rent, they always can afford entertainment/weed. A weeks supply or a movie+sweets for 2. A recession or financial hard times never decrease weed use.
