i am 40 days into flowering and my baby is coming along great. HOwever, on the larger branches that have just one big leaf ( not the ones that are budding, they're doing fine) are turning yellow and dying. Im pretty sure this is OK but i was wondering if I should trim the leaves or wait for them...

i recently put my plant in the flowering stage and it is currently under CFL's - i know i need to get the HPS but i wanted to know how many watts because its only one plant and also can i put the HPS bulb into any lamp or do i have to get a certain lamp?
