moved my indoor flowering plant of 3 weeks outdoors due to not producing much. Buds werent really growin. now the leaves are turning white and hairs are orange brown almost all of them.. should I just harvest this baby or what guys?

the PH of my well water is around 8 is that ok for flushing? and reg watering? can someone list organic nutrients that make ph go up and down?
