I would have to agree about the cfl's causing the "loose" buds...although i have never grown with a actual hps lamp i know from fellow growers that they tend to produce thick dense buds due to the light intensity. I have 12 cfl's and 2 4foot dual tube flouro fixtures for a total of over 31,000...

UPDATES today is day 43 for my 2 flowering plants 1 female 1 hermie :-( .. the female is 28 inches, the hermie 24. they seem to be doing good, clipped off some huge fan leave to allow more light to penetrate. a bit shocking but the hermie's buds look so much better than the females.....also...

that had crossd my mind, i have a cfl set up with 12 26w bulbs, average lights on temp is between 91 and 94 lights out around 70's i have a very very small grow room, as far as a air cooled unit, i would have to have some exhaust for in the room for the cooling duct correct? If so im screwed...

i never said it worked now, lol just what i heard and i agree well worth a try, with no male pollen present it wont pollinate the females, now if male pollen reforns then ill just toss it, time will tell

well i veiwed that entire thread, somewhat helpful but alot the pics were not loading and alot of the comment links didnt load for me, BUT i did see the pic of the pollen balls geting big and droopy and appeared to be grwoing on a tiny stem. my ( i think male) is growing what seems to be a huge...
