have you checked the ph of the medium? my greenhouse had the same problem soil ph was 5.8-6.1. black spots on my leafs in that hole. hydrated lime will stabilize the ph at least and help to ward it off.

did you condition the rockwool prior to planting? try a little bi at half strength. its not burned but it may be in lockout.

you need to condition the rockwool with a soak in low ph water. rockwool comes out the box at about 8.0 ph, no good. so, soak in either europonics rockwool conditioner or dilute about one tsp. of lemon juice per gallon of water and soak it about 1/2 an hour or so.
